Yerelsen,\u00a0 2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00a0e\u011fitim semineri i\u00e7in Sakarya\u2019n\u0131n Kuzuluk Beldesinde bulunan \u0130hlas Termal Hotel\u2019i se\u00e7ti.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">17-19 \u015eubat 2012 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Kuzuluk \u0130hlas Termal Hotel\u2019de, Belediye G\u00f6revlilerine y\u00f6nelik olarak \u201cKamu \u0130hale Mevzuat\u0131\u201d\u00a0 ile ilgili hizmet i\u00e7i e\u011fitim seminerini ba\u015far\u0131 ile icra etmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitim Say\u0131\u015ftay Ba\u015fm\u00fcfetti\u015fi olan Ferhat G\u00fcnd\u00fcz taraf\u0131ndan verildi.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_00881.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-1774\" title=\"IMG_0088\" src=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_00881.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"622\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Seminere ba\u015fta Yerelsen Genel Ba\u015fkan Vekili Dr. Mustafa \u00c7\u00d6PO\u011eLU olmak \u00fczere \u00a0Sendikaya \u00fcye belediyelerin Birim M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, \u015eef, teknik personel ve b\u00fcro personellerinden olu\u015fan yakla\u015f\u0131k 110 ki\u015fi kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_1618.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1771 alignleft\" title=\"IMG_1618\" src=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_1618.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"621\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Yerelsen Genel Ba\u015fkan Vekili Dr. Mustafa \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu, seminerde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan ve k\u0131sa ad\u0131 YERELSEN olan Yerel Y\u00f6netimler Kamu \u0130\u015fverenleri Sendikas\u0131n\u0131n koordinesinde zaman zaman bu gibi e\u011fitimler ile \u00fcye belediyelerin personellerine ve Belediye Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na ilgili konularda e\u011fitim verildi\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 g\u00fcn s\u00fcren e\u011fitim toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n personele mevzuat\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmek ad\u0131na son derece olumlu ge\u00e7ti\u011fini vurgulayan \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu,\u2019\u2018Burada ki toplant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n amac\u0131 ilgili belediye personelini ihale mevzuatlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda e\u011fitmektir. Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olan Sakarya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Say\u0131n Zeki To\u00e7o\u011flu, yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma temposundan dolay\u0131 toplant\u0131m\u0131za kat\u0131lamad\u0131.Kendisi beni g\u00f6revlendirdi. E\u011fitim toplant\u0131m\u0131za kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00fcye belediyelerimizin personeline Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n selam\u0131n\u0131 iletiyorum\u2019\u2019 dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YERELSEN\u2019in e\u011fitim toplant\u0131s\u0131na Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bolu, D\u00fczce, K\u0131r\u0131kkale, Aksaray, Tokat, Afyon, Rize, Giresun, Ordu ve Mersin olmak \u00fczere toplam 68 belediyeyi temsilen temsilcilerin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu, ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u2018\u2018Bu e\u011fitim toplat\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda y\u0131lda bir kere mutlaka yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 gezisi yap\u0131yoruz. Bu gezilerimizin amac\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan belediyelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve projelerini yerinde g\u00f6rerek bunlar\u0131n kendi belediyelerimizde ne kadar uygulanabilece\u011fini izlemek. Bu zamana kadar \u0130talya, Avusturya, Almanya, Rusya ve Bosna Hersek\u2019e ziyaretler d\u00fczenledik. Hem k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlamda hem de belediyecilik anlam\u0131nda bu \u00fclkelerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren yerel y\u00f6netimlerde incelemelerde bulunduk.<span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_1630.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1772 alignleft\" title=\"IMG_1630\" src=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_1630.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"438\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Belediye Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na ve personellerine farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerde e\u011fitim verdiklerini de dile getiren \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu, \u2018\u2018\u00d6rne\u011fin belediye ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na siyaseten e\u011fitimler, personellere ise daha \u00e7ok mevzuata y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimler veriyoruz. YERELSEN kurulu\u015f amac\u0131 olan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri konusunda onlarca i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine imza atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sendikac\u0131l\u0131k anlam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza at\u0131yoruz. En aktif belediye i\u015fveren sendikas\u0131y\u0131z. Sivil Toplum \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc olarak ta kamuoyu olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin Anayasa De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Referandumunda evet denmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131k. Mavi Marmara bask\u0131n\u0131nda tepkimizi g\u00f6sterdik. Milli ve ulusal ba\u011flar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yoruz. Yeni anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile ilgili baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z olacak\u2019\u2019 \u015feklinde ifadeler kulland\u0131.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi e\u011fitim seminerinin son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara sertifikalar\u0131 takdim edildi.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00a0 Yerelsen, \u00dcyesi olan Belediyeler ve Belediye \u0130\u015ftiraklerine y\u00f6nelik olarak d\u00fczenledi\u011fi e\u011fitim seminerlerine bir yenisini daha ekledi.
