Yap\u0131lan uzun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonunda taraflar 15 \u015eubat\u2019tan ge\u00e7erli olacak olan yeni s\u00f6zle\u015fmede mutabakata vard\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczce Belediyesi Sosyal Tesislerinde yap\u0131lan imza t\u00f6renine \u00a0Yerelsen\u2019i\u00a0 Genel Sekreter M\u00fcmtaz Uzun, Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Yahya Bilgin ve Yerelsen \u00a0Uzman personeli Mete Bilgin temsil etti. Ayr\u0131ca D\u00fczce \u00a0Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Bayram, Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, Belediye y\u00f6neticileri, Belediye i\u015f sendikas\u0131 y\u00f6neticilerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fi kat\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6rende a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan\u00a0 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131\u00a0 \u0130smail Bayram \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u0130mkanlar\u0131m\u0131z dahilinde \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Bunu da en iyi \u015fekilde hak etti\u011finizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Belediyenin en iyi lokomotifi siz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlars\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130\u015f\u00e7isiyle, memuruyla, t\u00fcm personeli ile D\u00fczce Belediyesi topyekun bir faaliyet i\u00e7indedir. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z maa\u015flar anan\u0131z\u0131n ak s\u00fct\u00fc gibi helal olsun. Allah g\u00fcle g\u00fcle harcamay\u0131 nasip etsin. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin uygulanabilir ve taraflar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya sokmuyacak \u015fekilde olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gayret ettiklerini belirterek, gelinen a\u015famada s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin herkes i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalardan sonra imzalar at\u0131ld\u0131 ve s\u00f6zle\u015fme y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015f oldu. \u00a0S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzalanmas\u0131ndan sonra i\u015fveren ve i\u015f\u00e7i sendikas\u0131 temsilcileri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak birbirlerine \u00e7i\u00e7ek \u00a0\u00a0takdim ettiler.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>%5 + %5 \u00a0zam\u2026<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Var\u0131lan mutabakat sonucu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yevmiyelerine 1. y\u0131l ilk 6 ay i\u00e7in %5, ikinci 6 ay i\u00e7inde yine %5 oran\u0131nda zam yap\u0131ld\u0131.
