Dr. Adnan \u00c7\u0130\u00c7EK; \u201cGerek i\u015f\u00e7i karde\u015flerimizle yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler, gerekse memur karde\u015flerimizle imzalayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Sosyal Denge S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin sizler ve kurumum ad\u0131na hay\u0131rlar getirmesini diliyorum. Bir kurumda sosyal bar\u0131\u015f \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir, Sosyal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flamakta \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.\u201d ifadelerinden sonra 2004 se\u00e7imlerinden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelinen s\u00fcre\u00e7te belediyede ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Belediye memurlar\u0131 ile belediye i\u015f\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan psikolojik denge sorununu ba\u015far\u0131yla sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131na vurgu yapan \u00c7i\u00e7ek;\u00a0 \u201cBu ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7i ve memur karde\u015flerimizin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 var. Bug\u00fcn gelmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz noktada, gerek sendika ba\u015fkanlar\u0131m\u0131z ve gerekse bizim de \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fumuz sendikam\u0131z\u0131n temsilcilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi var. Hepinize y\u00fcrekten te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Bu ba\u015far\u0131 birka\u00e7 ki\u015finin yapmas\u0131yla olu\u015fabilecek bir durum de\u011fil. Gelmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz noktada o y\u0131llardan \u00e7ok daha iyi, daha rahat ve huzurlu oldu\u011fumuzu, daha iyi noktalara geldi\u011fimizi ifade edebilirim.\u201d c\u00fcmleleriyle belediye olarak ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerden duyduklar\u0131 memnuniyeti dile getirdi<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/index.php\/tokta-belediyesinde-imza-toreni\/dsc_5008\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2611\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2611\" title=\"DSC_5008\" src=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/DSC_5008-620x372.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/DSC_5008-620x372.jpg 620w, https:\/\/yerelsen.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/DSC_5008-850x510.jpg 850w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Sendikac\u0131l\u0131k Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 De\u011fi\u015fti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn biraz daha geli\u015fen \u00fclkemizin gelecek y\u0131llarda daha huzurlu ve m\u00fcreffeh bir seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u00fclkemizdeki sendika anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n eskisinden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 bir alana geldi\u011fine vurgu yaparak, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda sendikal faaliyetler anlam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u015fu c\u00fcmlelerle \u00f6zetledi. \u201c\u00d6zellikle 1970-80\u2019li y\u0131llarda sendika denildi\u011fi zaman siyasi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131ndan sosyalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye sahip insanlar\u0131n birebir \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi yap\u0131lar akla gelirdi. Sendikalar, sendika faaliyetlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yasal olmayan eylemlere zemin haz\u0131rlayan mek\u00e2nlar olarak alg\u0131lan\u0131rd\u0131. Daha a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 ter\u00f6r olarak alg\u0131lan\u0131rd\u0131.
