Moral, motivasyonu olmayan i\u015f\u00e7i ve memur \u00e7al\u0131\u015famaz duruma gelir. Yeni kurulmu\u015f olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin ikramiyelerini, mesai ve maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 aksatmadan \u00f6deyen bir kurumuz. Hi\u00e7bir zaman \u201cyeni kurulduk, biraz idare edin\u201d demedik. Biz OSK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak herkesin al\u0131n terinin an\u0131nda \u00f6denmesini \u00f6nceledik. Bunun yan\u0131nda yeni olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 imk\u00e2nlarla b\u00fct\u00e7emizi olu\u015fturmaya ve bir\u00e7ok alanda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak de\u011ferlendirilme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 elbette ki en b\u00fcy\u00fck temennimizdir. M\u00fcmtaz Uzun; \u201cOski Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ilk s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u015fimdiden hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. S\u00fcre\u00e7 bug\u00fcn itibariyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu ve 60 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde bir neticeye varaca\u011f\u0131z. Yeni kurum olmas\u0131 nedeniyle OSK\u0130\u2019de yirmi farkl\u0131 yerden gelen i\u015f\u00e7iler var. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla burada \u00f6zellikle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fccret adaletinin oturtulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmam\u0131z gerekecektir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile kurumdaki \u00fccret adaletinin oturtulaca\u011f\u0131na ve bu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak hay\u0131rl\u0131 bir sonuca varaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inan\u0131yorum.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>21 madde kabul edildi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">OSK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde yap\u0131lan ilk s\u00f6zle\u015fme oturumuna OSK\u0130 Strateji Geli\u015ftirme Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cem Ertan, Genel Sekreterimiz Av.
