1 Ocak 2015-31 Aral\u0131k 2016 tarihleri aras\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin imza t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan \u015fube ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ersoy, Ba\u015fkan Karaosmano\u011flu ile \u0130SU Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Bayram ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u2019e i\u015f\u00e7iler ad\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. Kocaeli\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye i\u015f\u00e7i hareketinde \u00f6nemli bir yeri oldu\u011funu belirten Hak-\u0130\u015f ve Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Arslan da, \u201cToplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi rakamlar\u0131 bana ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kamudaki s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 beni \u00e7ok sevindirdi\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyen Ba\u015fkan Karaosmano\u011flu, i\u015f\u00e7ilere bir de m\u00fcjde verdi; \u2018\u2019S\u00f6zle\u015fmeden do\u011fan 5 ayl\u0131k farklar\u0131n bu hafta i\u00e7inde \u00f6denmesi i\u00e7in arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za talimat verdim.
