Sakarya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ad\u0131na g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere kat\u0131lan sendikam\u0131z ile Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 03 Haziran 2015 tarihinde B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Meclis Salonunda d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6renle imza alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yap\u0131lan imza t\u00f6reninde Ba\u015fkan To\u00e7o\u011flu; \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n eme\u011fini al\u0131n teri kurumadan veriniz d\u00fcsturunu \u015fiar edinen medeniyetin mensuplar\u0131y\u0131z. Bu konudaki ma\u011fduriyete asla izin vermeyiz. \u0130\u015f\u00e7imizin hedefi bizim hedefimizdir\u201d dedi. Hizmet-\u0130\u015f \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00f6kdemir ise iki y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yap\u0131lacak toplam y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik zamm\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda memnuniyet yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sakarya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Su ve Kanalizasyon \u0130daresi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 583 i\u015f\u00e7i i\u00e7in Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzaland\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Meclis Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen programa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Zeki To\u00e7o\u011flu, AK Parti \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fevzi K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, SASK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc R\u00fcstem Kele\u015f, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ayhan Kardan, Yerelsen Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Yahya Bilgin, Yerelsen Uzman\u0131 Cavit Tokp\u0131nar, Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 H\u00fcseyin \u00d6z ve Fahrettin K\u00fct\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sakarya \u015eubesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut G\u00f6kdemir, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir B\u00fcrokratlar\u0131, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ve SASK\u0130 personeli kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Huzur \u0130\u00e7inde Ge\u00e7ti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sakarya \u015eubesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut G\u00f6kdemir, \u201c2015-2017 y\u0131l\u0131 toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerimiz masada huzur i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7ti. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemizle ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu d\u00f6nemde de B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, SASK\u0130 ve Yerelsen b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131 ile verimli bir toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yapt\u0131k. Bar\u0131\u015f, huzur ve gelir adaletsizli\u011fi olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk y\u0131l\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131 y\u00fczde 5, ikinci alt\u0131 ay y\u00fczde 5;\u00a0 ikinci y\u0131l ise ilk alt\u0131 ay y\u00fczde 5, ikinci alt\u0131 ay y\u00fczde 5 zam ald\u0131k. Sosyal yard\u0131mlara da ayn\u0131 oranda zam yap\u0131ld\u0131. Eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u2019e Te\u015fekk\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sakarya\u2019da ilk defa toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi t\u00f6renine kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 H\u00fcseyin \u00d6z, \u201cSakarya sendikalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u015fehirdir. 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda beri \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z devam ediyor. Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 olarak Sakarya\u2019da 13 toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yapt\u0131k. Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in Sakarya \u00f6nemli yer tutmaktad\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Zeki To\u00e7o\u011flu, kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda ba\u011fl\u0131 i\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin sendikal\u0131 ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli olabilmesi konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zveri g\u00f6sterdi. Bu duyarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130\u015f\u00e7imizin Hedefi Bizim Hedefimizdir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin hay\u0131rlara vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyen Ba\u015fkan To\u00e7o\u011flu, \u201cM\u00fcessesemiz var oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece bizler de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 verece\u011fiz. Mesai arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 daha da iyile\u015ftirmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck arzumuz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe g\u00f6re i\u015f\u00e7ilerimiz daha fazla \u00f6rg\u00fctleniyor. Yerelsen de bu konuda \u00f6nemli tecr\u00fcbeler edindi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n eme\u011fini al\u0131n teri kurumadan veriniz d\u00fcsturunu \u015fiar edinen medeniyetin mensuplar\u0131y\u0131z.
