Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi Meclis Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen imza t\u00f6renine Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Edebali\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sendikam\u0131z Genel Sekreteri M\u00fcmtaz Uzun, \u00a0Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkanvekili H\u00fcseyin \u00d6z, Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Ba\u015f Temsilci Mustafa K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131 ve i\u015f\u00e7iler kat\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00f6reve geldikleri g\u00fcnden itibaren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 koruduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Edebali, \u201c\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak ve refah seviyelerini y\u00fckseltmek ad\u0131na imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ba\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere herkese hay\u0131rl\u0131 olsun\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sendikal Haklar \u0130yile\u015ftirildi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 191 i\u015f\u00e7inin ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 uzun ve yorucu s\u00fcreci sonland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fkan \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Edebali, \u201cG\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnden itibaren ilk olarak ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin biriken haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6dedik. \u015eimdi de uzun s\u00fcredir ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri mutlu bir \u015fekilde sonu\u00e7land\u0131rd\u0131k. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00f6zle\u015fme neticesinde i\u015f\u00e7ilerimiz 2016 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar her 6 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde y\u00fczde 5 zam alacaklard\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. Y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 her zaman korumak oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan Edebali, \u201cPeygamber Efendimizin \u2018\u0130\u015f\u00e7inin al\u0131n teri kurumadan hakk\u0131n\u0131 veriniz\u2019 kendimize d\u00fcstur ediniyoruz. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te de sendikal haklar\u0131n daha da artarak devam ettirece\u011fiz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Vurgusu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 yolunda Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi olarak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler \u00fcstlendiklerini aktaran Ba\u015fkan \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Edebali, \u201c\u015eehrimizin \u2018ideal \u015fehir\u2019 olmas\u0131 hedefini Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Belediyesi olarak t\u00fcm ekibimizle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeliyiz. Bunu ba\u015farman\u0131n yolu da mutlu ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ekiplerden ge\u00e7er. Kendi i\u00e7imizde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olursak \u00f6zlenen Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131 yeniden in\u015fa ederiz\u201d \u015feklinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini belirtti.
