Bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fimiz noktada T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hemen her yerinde, 30 ilde 86 belediye ve belediyelere ba\u011fl\u0131 \u015firketler YERELSEN \u00fcyesi oldu. \u00dcye say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n zaman zaman 130\u2019lara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 da oldu. Fakat b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir yasas\u0131 gere\u011fi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck belediyelerin kapan\u0131p b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyeleriyle birle\u015fmesi sonucunda \u00fcye say\u0131m\u0131zda d\u00fc\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131. Biz, Yerel Y\u00f6netimler Kamu \u0130\u015fverenleri Sendikas\u0131 olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her taraf\u0131nda, yeni belediyeleri bu hizmetlerden yararlanmalar\u0131 ad\u0131na sendikam\u0131za \u00fcye olmaya davet ve te\u015fvik diyoruz. YERELSEN olarak 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan buyana belediye ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ok say\u0131da yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitimleri yapt\u0131k. Yurt i\u00e7inde ise ba\u015fta Antalya, Alanya, Bal\u0131kesir, Bolu ve Afyon olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok ilde \u00e7e\u015fitli konular\u0131n ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitim seminerleri d\u00fczenledik.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201c\u0130\u015fin \u00d6z\u00fcne Bak\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u011fitim seminerlerinin belediye personeli i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBiz YERELSEN olarak her zaman i\u015fin \u00f6z\u00fcne bak\u0131yor ve ona g\u00f6re hareket ediyoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm e\u011fitimlere alan\u0131nda uzman isimleri \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rarak \u00fcye personelimizin bilgi, g\u00f6rg\u00fc ve donan\u0131mlar\u0131na katk\u0131 sunuyoruz. Bug\u00fcn bu e\u011fitim seminerini bu g\u00fczel mek\u00e2nda, \u0130stanbul\u2019da yap\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin uzak yak\u0131n bir\u00e7ok ilinden \u00fcye belediyelerimiz oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sizlerin kolayl\u0131kla ula\u015fabilece\u011fi bu yeri se\u00e7tik. Di\u011fer yandan bizler, belediyeler olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015f y\u00f6neticiler ile yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olan birer kamu kurumuyuz. Merkez y\u00f6netimde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer kamu personelini gibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in gerek genel gerekse yerel se\u00e7imlerden bizatihi etkilenen ve i\u015fin merkezinde olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131z. Bug\u00fcn burada yap\u0131lacak e\u011fitim semineri ve e\u011fitim sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak tarihi yar\u0131mada gezisi vesilesiyle \u00fcye personelimizi se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi stres ve yorgunluktan biraz olsun uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak arzusunday\u0131z.
