30 Ocak 2008 \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flayan program s\u00fcresince kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara alan\u0131nda uzman ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan e\u011fitim verildi. Sendikam\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen e\u011fitimciler programa kat\u0131lan yerel y\u00f6netim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na i\u015f hayatlar\u0131 boyunca ihtiya\u00e7 duyacaklar\u0131 konularda e\u011fitim verdi. Program\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 eski \u0130\u015f M\u00fcfetti\u015fi Mehmet Ko\u00e7ak “\u0130\u015f Kanunu ve ba\u011fl\u0131 mevzuat”<\/SPAN><\/STRONG> konusunda seminer vererek kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n uygulamada kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlara ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Kocaeli \u00dcniversitesi \u0130ktisadi ve \u0130dari Bilimler Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Nihat Erdo\u011fmu\u015f ise ‘Ki\u015fisel Geli\u015fim, Y\u00f6netim ve Y\u00f6neticilik\u00b4 <\/SPAN><\/STRONG>konulu bir sunum yapt\u0131. Program\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fc Say\u0131\u015ftay Uzman Denet\u00e7isi Fikret \u00c7\u00f6ker, “5018 say\u0131l\u0131 Kamu Mali Y\u00f6netimi ve Kontrol Kanunu”<\/SPAN><\/STRONG> konusunda e\u011fitim verdi. Devlet Personel Uzman\u0131 Enes POLAT ‘657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu\u00b4 <\/SPAN><\/STRONG>hakk\u0131nda<\/SPAN><\/STRONG>, <\/SPAN><\/STRONG> <\/SPAN>Devlet Personel Uzman\u0131 Hamza G\u00fcne\u015f ise “Norm Kadro Uygulamalar\u0131”<\/SPAN><\/STRONG> hakk\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara bilgi verdi.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
