YERELSEN ile Hizmet \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ve 147 belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ilk oturumu 7 \u015eubat 2016 tarihinde G\u00f6lc\u00fck Belediyesi\u2019nde yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6lc\u00fck Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Ellibe\u015f\u2019in de i\u015ftirak etti\u011fi toplant\u0131da Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130brahim Tekta\u015f ile \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Y\u00fcksel Karademir de haz\u0131r bulundu. \u0130\u015fveren temsilcisi olarak YERELSEN\u2019i Genel Sekreterimiz Av. M\u00fcmtaz Uzun, Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131z Yahya Bilgin ve sendika uzmanlar\u0131m\u0131zdan Hasan Tenlik ile Murat Aslan temsil etti. Hizmet \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131\u2019ndan ise \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130dris Ersoy, Muharrem Suba\u015f\u0131 ve i\u015fyeri temsilcileri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oturum \u00f6ncesinde k\u0131sa bir konu\u015fma yapan Ba\u015fkan Ellibe\u015f sadece \u00fccret sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapman\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f bir sendikac\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011funu dile getirerek yeni d\u00f6nemde iyi niyet ve samimiyetle belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na gerekenin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Ba\u015fkan Ellibe\u015f s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Elimizden geldi\u011fince i\u015f\u00e7ilerimize yetecek kadar \u00fccret vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Allaha \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr 12 y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00f6revimizin ba\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z ve her ay i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin \u00fccretini eksiksiz yat\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olman\u0131n k\u0131vanc\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Talep eden taraf olarak makbul ve mant\u0131kl\u0131 isteklerde bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in i\u015f\u00e7i sendikam\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz. YERELSEN ise bizim profesyonel kolumuz oldular. Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde belediyemize \u00f6nemli katk\u0131da bulundular. YERELSEN&#8217;e de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yap\u0131lan ilk oturum sonunda i\u015f\u00e7i sendikas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sunulan 50 maddelik s\u00f6zle\u015fme teklif tasla\u011f\u0131ndaki 29 maddenin de\u011ferlendirilmesi yap\u0131ld\u0131.
