Daha sonra verilen \u00f6nerge neticesinde, sendikam\u0131z\u0131n ana t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 13. maddesi gere\u011fi IV. Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Genel Kurulu\u2019nu y\u00f6netmek \u00fczere divan ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Adapazar\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Di\u015fli se\u00e7ildi. Divan k\u00e2tipli\u011fine ise Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Feyzullah Okumu\u015f ile Alt\u0131nordu Belediyesi Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ayd\u0131n \u015ea\u015fmaz se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Divan\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra g\u00fcndemin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi olarak sendikam\u0131z\u0131n ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde hak ve menfaatlerinin takibi, korunmas\u0131 ve end\u00fcstriyel ili\u015fkiler alan\u0131nda sendikam\u0131za katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 amac\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015fveren Sendikalar\u0131 Konfederasyonu\u2019na (T\u0130SK) \u00fcye olunmas\u0131 konusu g\u00fcndeme getirildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u0130SK \u00fcyeli\u011fi konusunda k\u0131sa bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Sendikam\u0131z Genel Sekreteri Av. M\u00fcmtaz Uzun \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de i\u015f\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fun D\u0130SK, T\u00dcRK-\u0130\u015e ve HAK-\u0130\u015e gibi konfederasyonlar oldu\u011fu gibi i\u015fveren sendikalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ise tek bir konfederasyon olan T\u0130SK var. Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n T\u0130SK\u2019e \u00fcye olmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda fayda oldu\u011funa dair tekliflerde bulunuldu. Kamu \u0130\u015fverenleri sendikas\u0131 olarak kamu ve di\u011fer toplant\u0131larda bizi temsilen s\u00f6z sahibi muhataplar bulamakta zorlan\u0131yoruz. \u00d6zellikle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kuruluna gitti\u011finde, bu kurulda sendika olarak bir temsilcimizin olmas\u0131 bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan sendikam\u0131za T\u0130SK \u00fcyeli\u011fi teklifi \u00f6nerildi. Esasen daha \u00f6nceki genel kurlumuzda T\u0130SK \u00fcyeli\u011fi i\u00e7in y\u00f6netim kuruluna yetki vermi\u015ftik. Fakat \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n buna itiraz\u0131 oldu. Bunun y\u00f6netim kuruluna yetki verilmesiyle de\u011fil de bizzat genel kurulda belirtilmesi gerekti\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in bu genel kurulu yapmak ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fdu. Uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse hemen m\u00fcracaat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaparak \u00fcyeli\u011fimizi ba\u015flataca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Av. M\u00fcmtaz Uzun\u2019un konu\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra oylamaya sunulan \u00f6neri oy birli\u011fi ile kabul edilerek sendikam\u0131z\u0131n T\u0130SK \u00fcyeli\u011fine karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oylama sonras\u0131 teklif ve temenniler k\u0131sm\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi. Burada k\u0131sa bir de\u011ferlendirme yapan Genel Ba\u015fkan Vekilimiz Dr. Mustafa \u00c7\u00f6po\u011flu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara, son anda geli\u015fen g\u00fcndem de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi nedeniyle toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lamayan Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Zeki To\u00e7o\u011flu\u2019nun selam\u0131n\u0131 ilettikten sonra \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSendika olarak daha \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z genel kurulumuzda i\u015fveren sendikas\u0131 konfederasyonuna \u00fcye olma noktas\u0131nda karar alm\u0131\u015f ve y\u00f6netim kuruluna bu konuda yetki vermi\u015ftik. Esasen biz \u015fuan sendika olarak kay\u0131tlarda T\u0130SK\u2019\u0130n \u00fcyesi g\u00f6z\u00fckmekteyiz ve \u00fcyeli\u011fimizden bu yana da birtak\u0131m hizmetler ald\u0131k. Fakat \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netime verilen yetki ile konfederasyona ba\u015fvurulmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bizatihi genel kurul karar\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtince bu ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurulunu yapmak zorunda kald\u0131k. Bu \u00fcyeli\u011fin sendikam\u0131za kataca\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kuruluna giden s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerimizin geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. Malumunuz, Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kurulunda gerek h\u00fck\u00fcmetin, gerek i\u015f\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n gerekse i\u015fveren sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri oluyor. Konfederasyon d\u00fczeyinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyince de oraya temsilci koyam\u0131yoruz. Yani \u015fuanda bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tamamen \u00fcyelerimizin faydas\u0131na y\u00f6neliktir. \u00dcyelerimiz ad\u0131na y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin y\u00fcksek hakem kuruluna intikal etmesi durumunda onar\u0131n hak ve menfaatlerini korunmas\u0131 ad\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Malum \u00fclkemizde bir darbe giri\u015fimi oldu. YERELSEN olarak ulusal gazetelere tam sayfa ilanlar vererek bu menfur giri\u015fimi lanetledik. Daha \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemlerde genel kurullar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da \u00fcyelerimizle bir araya gelebiliyorduk. Fakat se\u00e7imlerin araya girmesi ve \u00e7e\u015fitli ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlar\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131 nedeni ile en son yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z genel kurul sonras\u0131nda bir araya gelemedik. \u0130n\u015fallah bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te sendika olarak b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcyelerimizi Ordu ilimizde davet ederek isti\u015fare toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za h\u0131z verece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcyelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla devam etmektedir. \u00dcyelik noktas\u0131nda en son Erzincan Belediyesi sendikam\u0131za \u00fcye oldu. Ayd\u0131n ve Hatay B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u00fcyelik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ise devam etmektedir. \u015euan itibari ile alt\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, on iki il belediyesi olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye genelinde toplam 88 \u00fcyemiz bulunmaktad\u0131r. Sendikam\u0131z 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda, kuruldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemden buyana tecr\u00fcbeli ekibi ile \u00fcyelerimize hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir. Bu anlamda ekibime \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u0130n\u015fallah sendikam\u0131z daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp geli\u015fecektir. Daha \u00f6nce, \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z isti\u015fare toplant\u0131lar\u0131na da b\u00f6lgesel olarak devam edece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Genel Ba\u015fkan Vekilimiz Dr. Mustafa \u00c7apo\u011flu\u2019nun konu\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra \u00f6\u011flen yeme\u011fine ge\u00e7ilerek toplant\u0131 sona erdi.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
