MADDES\u0130 UYARINCA \u0130DARELERCE S\u00dcREKL\u0130 \u0130\u015e\u00c7\u0130 KADROLARINA GE\u00c7\u0130R\u0130LEN \u0130\u015e\u00c7\u0130LER\u0130N \u00dcCRET \u0130LE D\u0130\u011eER MAL\u0130 VE SOSYAL HAKLARININ BEL\u0130RLENMES\u0130NDE ESAS ALINACAK TOPLU \u0130\u015e S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130 H\u00dcK\u00dcMLER\u0130<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">375 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin ge\u00e7ici 23. maddesinin alt\u0131nc\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131nda; ge\u00e7i\u015ften \u00f6nce alt i\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7ilerini kapsayan, Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan karara ba\u011flanan ve s\u00fcresi en son sona erecek toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin, an\u0131lan madde kapsam\u0131nda yer alan idarelerce s\u00fcrekli i\u015f\u00e7i kadrolar\u0131na ge\u00e7irilen i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00fccreti ile di\u011fer mali ve sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde esas al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Ge\u00e7i\u015f i\u015flemleri tamamlanan i\u015f\u00e7ilere idarelerce uygulanmak \u00fczere, Y\u00fcksek Hakem Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan karara ba\u011flanan ve 31.10.2020 tarihine kadar uygulanacak olan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u00fccret, mali ve sosyal haklara ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer almaktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u00dccret Zamm\u0131:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b> 01.01.2018- 30.06.2018 tarihleri aras\u0131 \u00fccret zamm\u0131:<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin 01.01.2018 tarihinde almakta olduklar\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7\u0131plak \u00fccretlerine ayn\u0131 tarihten itibaren %4(y\u00fczde d\u00f6rt) oran\u0131nda zam yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Vardiyal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lan yerlerde hafta tatili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 6. g\u00fcn\u00fc takip eden 7. g\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Hafta tatillerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilere takip eden hafta i\u00e7inde bir g\u00fcn izin verilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan bu hafta tatili g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7in toplam iki yevmiye \u00f6denir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">B- Kanunda belirtilen ulusal bayram ve genel tatil g\u00fcnlerinde yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00f6nceden i\u015f\u00e7iye duyurulur. Ulusal bayram, genel tatil g\u00fcnlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilere \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 her bir g\u00fcn i\u00e7in toplam 3 (\u00fc\u00e7) yevmiye \u00f6denir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">C- (A) ve (B) bentlerindeki \u00f6demeler i\u00e7in haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi \u015fart\u0131 aranmaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li7\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Gece \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/b>: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Saat 20.00-06.00 aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlileri hari\u00e7 bu saatlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilere \u00fccretleri % 10 zaml\u0131 \u00f6denir.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Fazla \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00dccreti ve \u00d6denmesi<\/b>: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti normal \u00fccretin %60 zaml\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u00f6denir.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li7\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u0130zinler: <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p12\"><span class=\"s1\">A-YILLIK \u00dcCRETL\u0130 \u0130Z\u0130NLER:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p13\"><span class=\"s1\">Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izinler konusunda Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulan\u0131r.
