ge\u00e7en y\u0131l da \u00f6zellikle son 15 y\u0131lda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yerel y\u00f6netim reformlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6nlerden de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi \u201c6360 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun Ekseninde Yerel Y\u00f6netim Reformlar\u0131 De\u011ferlendirme Projesi\u201d adl\u0131 proje \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131 olarak Sakarya, Ordu ve Antalya illerinde 2016-2017 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bilimsel etkinliklere ili\u015fkin nihai \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131, \u201c6360 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun Ekseninde Yerel Y\u00f6netim Reformlar\u0131\u201d, \u201cBelediye Y\u00f6netimi ve Kamusal \u0130li\u015fkiler\u201d ve \u201cYerel Hizmetler\u201d adlar\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc seri kitap olarak yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 hale getirilerek politika olu\u015fturucular\/uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar ile payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l ki \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n konusu \u201cCumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 H\u00fck\u00fcmet Sisteminde Merkez\u00ee \u0130dare ve Yerel Y\u00f6netimlerin Gelecek Projeksiyonu\u201d yan\u0131nda merkezi idare ve yerel y\u00f6netimlerden alan\u0131nda uzman y\u00f6neticilerimizin kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla Sakarya\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ilk d\u00f6rt oturumun
