Bir ve beraber olmak zorunday\u0131z. Bu iktidar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fczel \u015feyler var. Ama bir de yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015feyleri talep etmek bizim g\u00f6revimizdir. YERELSEN\u2019in toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zlenmelerine kalite getirdi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek isterim. YERELSEN\u2019in varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz. Sendikam\u0131z ve YERELSEN aras\u0131nda g\u00fcvene dayal\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015fbirli\u011fi var. Hem belediyelerimizin hem de emek\u00e7ilerimizin daha iyi \u015fartlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli i\u015flere imza att\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru, ilkeli, tutarl\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcvene dayal\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz i\u015flerimizi bundan sonra da devam ettirece\u011fiz. \u0130\u015fi bilenlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak biz emek\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bizim toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda 4 kriter yer almakta; \u00fcyelerimizin i\u015fini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak, sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131n ve maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n zaman\u0131nda verilmesini sa\u011flamak, verimlili\u011fi devam ettirmek, i\u015fyerlerinin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fmak. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar ma\u011fdur oluyorsa, yap\u0131lan s\u00f6zle\u015fme ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olarak kabul edilemez. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan Yerelsen\u2019in varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz\u201d diye belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn g\u00f6reve se\u00e7ilecek arkada\u015flara ba\u015far\u0131lar diliyorum. Kuruldu\u011fu ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hemen her yerinde pek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli projeye imza atan bir sendikay\u0131z. Profesyonel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z ve uzman ekibimizle \u015fuanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genelinde her y\u0131l onlarca toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerini y\u00fcr\u00fctmekteyiz. E\u011fitim ve bilgilendirme faaliyetlerimizi h\u0131z kesmeden devam ettiriyoruz. Profesyonel bir anlay\u0131\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131tas\u0131 y\u00fckselten, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 projeleri ba\u015far\u0131yla uygulayan ve 30 ilde toplam 94 \u00fcyesi bulunan bir sendika olarak bug\u00fcn Kamu i\u015fverenleri alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sendikalar\u0131 aras\u0131nday\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samimiyet ve gayret<br \/>\n<\/strong>To\u00e7o\u011flu, \u201c13 y\u0131ld\u0131r profesyonelce y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde bug\u00fcn kamu i\u015fverenleri sendikas\u0131 alan\u0131nda referans al\u0131nacak bir kurum haline geldik. Bug\u00fcn YERELSEN kanaati dinlenen, dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k alan\u0131nda kendisine ba\u015fvurulan kurumsal bir marka durumuna gelmi\u015ftir. YERELSEN bug\u00fcn bir marka ise, bu, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm faaliyetlerde her zaman arkam\u0131zda duran, do\u011fru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her i\u015fte bize sonsuz destek veren siz de\u011ferli \u00fcyelerimizin ve Belediye Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sayesindedir. Ben, ge\u00e7en bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce, sendikam\u0131z\u0131n kurulu\u015funda b\u00fcy\u00fck destek veren de\u011ferli Belediye Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131m\u0131za, kurucu
